Nablus – Ma’an – Israeli forces have imposed further regulations on the entry of Palestinian worshippers to Jerusalem for prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque this coming Friday.

The Palestinian liaison department reported that both men and women who wish to pray in the mosque, must get prior permission from the Israeli authorities.

The new regulations are as follows:

- Women from the age of 16 to 45 and men from 16 to 50 cannot enter Jerusalem without permission.

- Children under 16 can only enter Jerusalem with their parents, if their parents have permission.

These strict regulations have been imposed during the holy month of Ramadan for Muslims.
